These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Morning Spark, a subscription email service that delivers daily icebreaker content to teams. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.
Morning Spark delivers a daily email package to your team on weekday mornings, including a discussion question, a short industry-related trivia challenge, and a lighthearted poll. Content is generated automatically based on the company information, industry, and team preferences you provide.
Prices are subject to change with notice. We will not change your price during an active billing period without prior notice.
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your card will be charged.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Icebreaker content is generated automatically and is intended for general team engagement purposes. We do not guarantee that content will be free from errors, and you are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it in sensitive or regulated contexts.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Morning Spark if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users.
Morning Spark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morning Spark and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
